Kelar Pacific Role:
Developed BIM Execution plan for BIM 360 Glue and Navisworks construction coordination process. Led the BIM coordination meetings with clash detection and action items for subcontractors until clash free sign off model was achieved. Performed miscellaneous BIM modeling on structure & some buildings to allow for clash detection. Captured existing site conditions with 3D laser scanning and UAV drone, created point cloud of surface, compared pad heights to proposed civil grading plan, and delivered cut & fill analysis to GC.
