Project Profile: The 282,404-square-foot, 6-story mixed use, multi-family project covers an entire city block. It features 7,000-square-feet of retail space and 7,000-square-feet of office space. The residential area includes 295 studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, 25 ground floor live / work units, and eight penthouse suites ranging from 500 to 1,200-square-feet.
Kelar Pacific Role: Managed BIM models provided by subcontractors for coordinating construction activities. Prepared coordination files based on 3D model files. Scheduled BIM coordination meetings. Created clash and status reports of coordination using BIM 360 Glue.
