Project Profile:
An exclusive restaurant remodel required a 3D survey to create an accurate Revit model for redesign.
Kelar Pacific Role:
Provided 3D laser scanning for the entire site including the building exterior and interior, and created an as-built Revit model in LOD-200/300. The scan files were also used to generate a Revit topographic surface including landscaping. The BIM model was the basis for the renovation design of both building and landscaping.
