The Surgical Center renovation covers a 10,000-square-foot suite in two phases.
Kelar Pacific Role:
Performed 3D Laser Scanning Service for the GC doing remodel of the Surgical Center and converted the Point Cloud to 3D Revit as-built model – Scan to BIM. Kelar Pacific then performed MEP BIM modeling of the proposed design elements from PDF schematic plans to create a Revit Construction model then used to do BIM Coordination by the GC. One critical part of this project was the floor flatness requirement which 3D Laser Scanning showed was out of tolerance and needed to be cut & filled.
