Project Profile:
The project replaced the existing junior college gymnasium and existing aquatic facilities. The new building houses a 2,500-seat gymnasium, fitness labs, cardio-workout rooms, training and testing rooms, offices, locker rooms, and multi-purpose exercise rooms as well as three pools.

Kelar Pacific Role:
Prepared a complete BIM model for metal stud framing and acoustical ceiling grid & posts. Participated in the BIM coordination process and updated BIM Models. Created point-layout for field layout using a Robotic Total Station.
