Project Profile:
A new senior care and recreational facility constructed in two phases on a 4.5 acre campus. Phase one houses 110 assisted living units, 46 memory care units and ground floor common areas for the residents. The building includes a 4-story wing and a 1-story wing with 65 surface parking spaces.

Kelar Pacific Role:
Prepared complete framing model / drawings based on structural construction drawings (CD) for structural, partitions, and light gauge framing including panelized framing / model for offsite build and onsite installation. Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue were used to track panels with a QRC system for ordering, building, and install panels.
