Flagship waterfront restaurant sites along the San Diego harbor.

Kelar Pacific Role:
Hired by the GC to do BIM coordination we delivered BIM Execution plan to subcontractors and led the BIM coordination process using BIM 360 Glue & Navisworks. Project services included BIM modeling of metal framing, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Existing conditions were confirmed using 3D Laser scanning and Robotic Total Stations enabled efficient and accurate layout of plumbing & framing.
