Project Profile:
The renovation project consists of a 7-story office building converting to laboratory facilities. The building is unique with a radius on one side.

Kelar Pacific Role:
Prepared and managed the BIM framing model for walls, soffits and ceiling. Coordination files were managed in Navisworks and BIM models maintaned throughout construction. Point Layout and the Robotic Total Station layout were introduced for faster and more accurate framing placement in a radius building.
