Project Profile:
A major middle school renovation project with seven new buildings including a new performing arts center for a total of 147,000 square feet.
Kelar Pacific Role:
Partnered with the framing subcontractor to create the Revit framing model for pre-construction coordination. Assisted the subcontractor during construction with the field layout of walls and ceilings including wire supports for acoustical panels. The details were managed in the coordinated model and points laid out using robotic total stations for accuracy.
