Kelar Pacific Role:
Provided color laser scanning files including exterior and interior areas under ceiling. Created Revit model using 3D laser point clouds including walls, doors, windows, and basic millwork. Further detail was provided using RecapPro for measuring soffits, lighting, ceiling mounted equipment, and window sill heights. Site plan included parking, sidewalks, retaining walls, and exterior elevation. Option to include electrical switches and outlets in Revit and Drawings.
