A 20,000 Sq Ft TI project to upgrade multiple areas in a healthcare facility.

Kelar Pacific Role
Directed the BIM coordination process for GC, created BIM Execution Plan, managed the VDC meetings and hosted models in BIM 360 Coordinate. Kelar Pacific also provided 3D laser scanning for accurate as-builts and modeled BIM Framing of walls, ceiling, and structural bracing. Field layout used Total Station for accurate placement.
