This 65,000 square foot, two-building health clinic project required detailed BIM modeling and coordination for major electrical systems across multiple construction phases.
Kelar Pacific Role:
Kelar Pacific was contracted to deliver a comprehensive LOD 300 model for the clinic’s major electrical components and installation. The work was phased by area, beginning with Area A and progressing through Areas B, C, and D. Following the modeling phase, Kelar Pacific continued to support the project with BIM Coordination throughout construction. Using Autodesk Point Layout, we generated precise layout points to streamline the installation of equipment and conduit. This digital approach replaced traditional “pulling strings” methods, resulting in improved field efficiency and time savings for the installation crew.
