We literally had no drawings. We would have easily spent 40 to 48 man-hours putting together as-builts. That would have cost at least twice what the LiDAR scanning cost us. Scanning definitely saved us a lot of time, and it cost the client a lot less than our regular method. I am sure we are going to use this service again.
