  • Project Profile The terminal expansion consists of 430,000-square-foot of new public and non-public areas, providing 10 additional contact aircraft gates, while the airside pavement expansion incorporates an area of 1.5 million-square-foot including aircraft parking, aprons, taxiways and taxi lanes. The project was designed to achieve a LEED Gold rating.
  • Kelar Pacific Role In a joint venture with Turner and PCL Construction Services, Inc., Kelar Pacific delivered several projects including modeling and coordination of the exterior framing, interior framing, elevators, piles, and a portion of the underground utilities. A variety of technology was used including Revit®, Navisworks® and Civil 3D®.
