Wow! What a surprise when we opened an email and learned Bluebeam had honored Kelar Pacific with the 2020 Bluebeam® Gold Partner of the Year Award for North America.
In a year that is perhaps the strangest in any of our lives, there are still remarkable surprises to be appreciated. The Gold Partner of the Year award is a team effort in the truest sense. When COVID-19 sent us all home last March, the Kelar Pacific team jumped at the opportunity to help our customers shift to a remote work environment.
As the year progressed and we stayed in our homes, it provided the opportunity to deliver additional educational webinars to help Bluebeam users. Digging down into the individual areas of Revu helps bring up everyone’s ability to be more efficient with the tools at hand. As a result, Kelar Pacific customers now have access to VIP Resources to help learn Revu features by watching short videos at their convenience.
While we all missed the 2020 XCON experience, we look forward to the next live event (fingers crossed for XCON 2021). As we’ve said before, this award is for our customers who give us the privilege to partner with them in supporting and training their teams on high-efficiency technology like Revu.
