SureTrak Project Manager

This course provides an overview of SureTrak Project Manager. Participant will be exposed to SureTrak’s capabilities for project planning, scheduling, control and analysis. The workshop will be hands-on using a real-life case study. At the end of the workshop the participant should be able to:

• Understand the steps required to create a project plan
• Define Calendars
• Define Activity Codes
• Add and organize activities
• Add logic
• Perform schedule calculations
