EastCoast CAD/CAM Announcing EC DuctMaker

EastCoast CAD/CAM is announcing the release of the company’s next generation EC Maker. The new sheet metal fabrication tool is called, EC Ductmaker. It’s intuitive, smart and easy to use. It was written using Microsoft’s C# compiler and designed to take advantage of Microsoft’s .NET Framework supporting interoperability and internationalization. The new application is completely unencumbered by old code and is easily customizable to fit just about any shop protocol.

The strength of the product is highlighted in its powerful specification engine, comprehensive manufacturer content, fast fitting creation (providing a UI that includes the ability to rotate a fitting for a complete full view) and editing (allowing the user to view changes as the fitting is being edited.)

EC DuctMaker began shipping in February. If you would like more details on this new tool contact your local Kelar representative or visit EastCoast CAD/CAM website at www.eccadcam.com
