Online Technical Support Portal Delivers Timely Solutions

Just launched last month is our new online technical support portal. This portal, which is available from the homepage of www.kelarpacific.com, allows current and future users of our technical support the ability to quickly and efficiently submit specific technical support requests with our technical team.

We have a dedicated technical team comprised of experts capable of helping you become highly effective with the following A/E/C software applications:

  • Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, AutoCAD Architecture
  • AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP
  • AutoCAD

Many of our clients have already used the support portal and have received efficient and effective support in a timely manner. Links for the AEC Resource Center and Autodesk discussion groups are also available through this portal. This is a special area of our website that allows visitors to request trial versions of vertical Autodesk products including Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, and Revit Structure that are valuable to this industry. Additionally, updated tips and tricks are available on these and other Autodesk 2008 products specific to the A/E/C market.

We encourage you to check our website often as we continue to add valuable content and tools for you. Future tools that we are considering adding to this portal include downloads and patches, newsgroups, industry links, white papers, and other informative content.
